It is in the pleasant and charming town of Charensat that you will find this pretty stone building which was previously a bakery.

The house is located near the chain of volcanoes and Puy de Dôme, less than 5 minutes from the large lake of La Chancelade and less than 8 minutes from one of  the largest Buddhist Temples in Europe, both by the imposing Temple and by the number of people in retirement in the communities.

It consists on the lower ground floor of a large room, the old bakery part with the ovens, the boiler room and a toilet.
On the ground floor you will find the store part with windows, a storage room and a large bright room where they used to create and assemble the pastries.

Above on the first floor is a nice apartment. It is accessible by a separate entrance to that of the store located to the right of the building. It offers a living room with a kitchen area, a bathroom, a separate toilet and two bedrooms.

A large convertible attic to do with as you want, according to your desires and needs. Built in stone and red brick with arched doors, the charm is present even in the attic.

No land, however you will have the large staircase at the entrance of the store that can easily be prepared on the terrace with a view of the elegant town; the church and the town hall.
