The restaurant consists of an entrance leading to the first very bright dining room, then on its left toilets and on its right a second large room of more than 70 m². This gives access to the kitchen divided into two fully fitted parts. You will have the washing-up area with dishwasher, storage cupboards, work surface... And a cooking area with a gas piano hob (tank outside), an oven, a cooking terminal, hoods, a plate warmer, fridges, etc. The cold room is in a separate small room with also other fridges.
