It is in a quiet hamlet that you will find this house with the possibility of being habitable on one level.

First of all we start the visit with a small courtyard at the front. From there, after going up 6 small steps, you can go through the front door which opens onto the fully fitted kitchen. From the kitchen, you can either enter the room on the left, which can serve as both a dining room and a bedroom on the ground floor, or go through the opening at the back of the kitchen which presents first a corridor serving a Saniflow toilet, a shower-room and also a bathroom. And at the end of the corridor you will discover a spacious and bright living room with wood burning stove. From the living room you can directly access the garden through double doors.
At the back of the living room you have a door giving access to the pantry, a toilet and a room which can still be converted if you wish.
  From the living room you can also take the staircase which leads to the mezzanine. Perfect for creating an office corner or spare bedroom.
From the kitchen, if you go up the stairs, you will discover a large bedroom.

Under the house is a cellar.
You also have a small outbuilding at the end of the house, perfect for housing the lawn mower.

The garden is on the side of the house, you can access it from the living room, from the room that can still be converted, or from the road through the gate.
